At a progress meeting on the deployment of the National Tobacco Reduction Plan (PNRT), the General Direction of Health should announce the enactment of the health law in early January 2016.
The ban on advertising and propaganda and the prohibition in public enclosed areas from May 2016 on will be formalized. The French Government will be empowered to transpose EU TPD’s Article 20 by order.
