Addressed in the Article 28, vaping ban in public places will be regulated by a decree elaborated by the State Council that shall specify the conditions of its application. The prohibitions should be enforced as of the effect date of these decrees.
As soon as tomorrow, Section 24 requires that the person who sells “electronic vaping devices” or “e-liquids” requires the client to make proof of its majority by showing official documents.
