Founded by the renowned and award winning Dr. Riccardo Polosa, CoEHAR has designed a short survey, and is seeking to receive input from smokers, vapers, and users of other products such as heat-not-burn devices, in the UK.
Cuts Ice E-Liquid Laboratories is a London based vaping manufacturer and one of the largest independent e-liquid manufacturers in Europe. The manufacturer has offered to have the survey available on their website so as to ensure that it is widely spread within the vaping community.
The survey asks tailored questions which range from product type, consumption levels and purchasing habits, and all the replies sent by participants will be fully anonymous. The survey should take only a few moments to complete, and the respondents’ answers will be directly fed into the study’s survey tool. Any UK citizens who are eligible and interested in taking part need to complete this survey.
The importance of having academic data available
Matthew Kersey, Head of Global Communications and Public Affairs at Cuts Ice E-liquid Laboratories, spoke of the importance of compiling academic-level data on how the current crises is affecting tobacco/nicotine related behavior.

We urge as many UK-based vapers as possible to respond to the survey as possible, to ensure academics have access to good quality data as they embark on post-lockdown research projects which will define the future of our industry,” he said.

It is important that the academic community is armed with as much data as possible as society grapples with adjusting to the ‘new normal’,” added a release by the manufacturer.
