Simple and effective
The Osmall 2 is discreet-. The wave design machined on the battery body gives it a modern look. It’s great to hold. Weighing barely 25g, you can take it anywhere! It slips easily into a pocket or bag. It doesn’t need any adjustment. The vapour is produced by just inhaling without pressing any buttons. Easy and simple.
During our tests, the automatic firing function was particularly responsive. There was no noticeable latency between inhalation and vapour production. On sale for less than 15 euros in France, the Osmall 2 is a product designed to attract consumers as an easy way to start vaping.
The Osmall 2 is charged using a USB-C cable. The 450 mAh battery charges quickly. However, if you want to use it exclusively, you will need to charge the pod several times during the day. Given the format of this pod, it would be difficult to avoid this.
The tank fits on top of the battery. It is held in place by magnets which work perfectly. During our tests there was no noticeable lateral play or weak magnetism. The cartridge is transparent and tinted. The level of the remaining e-liquid is easy to see. However, for greater accuracy, when the tank starts to get empty, you need to remove the cartridge to avoid getting a dry hit.
The cartridge fits on the top of the battery and is a standard format. It can contain 2ml. To fill it, lift the red seal on the side. The coil in the tank is a 1.2 ohm coil. Ideal for mouth to lung vaping (like when smoking a cigarette). The aim here is to produce a small amount of vapour perfectly suited to a first-timer who wants an experience similar to smoking a tobacco cigarette. The vaping experience is more than satisfactory. The flavours really are there. The 2ml volume is consistent with the battery capacity. The Osmall 2 doesn’t leak and there is no seepage.
With the automatic firing and the compactness of the pod, the Osmall 2 is an excellent product for a back-up setup or to get started in vaping without spending a fortune. The only downside is that the cartridge is disposable.
