Review: Wenax M2 – Geekvape

A new pod expands the Wenax family, the M2. Without any adjustments, it is a tubular device with a sealed coil cartridge. Simple and effective for a tight draw.

A simple tube that gets straight to the point

Under the Wenax M2, there is a USB-C port for quickly charging the integrated 1200 mAh battery. It’s not a huge battery life, but the tube is compact and only 16 mm in diameter. This is enough to vape for a good while thanks to the 0.8-ohm coil, which is modest in power consumption. It’s also possible to vape while charging.

The tank sits on top of the battery. Once in place, it stays securely, and even during a significant drop, it doesn’t detach from the pod. The Wenax M2 has no settings: no firing button, no airflow adjustment. It doesn’t need any. The draw is tight and undisturbed. The vapor is produced by simple inhalation.

Only one cartridge is provided in the box. It contains a sealed 0.8-ohm coil. The capacity is 2 ml, which is average for pods of this size. Lifting the silicone cap reveals the filling hole, which accommodates most bottle tips, except the larger ones.

Two mouthpieces are provided. The first is made of hard resin, while the second is softer, covered in a silicone-like material. It’s very pleasant to the touch on the lips.

As for the vape, there are no unpleasant surprises. It’s precise and accurate in flavor reproduction. The Wenax M2 is ideal for getting started with vaping without any technical knowledge. One downside, and probably the only negative: no charging cable is included in the box. While most users have many compatible cables due to connected devices, it’s always handy to have a dedicated one for your device.

In summary

Pros:

  • Ultra simple
  • No settings
  • Quality vape
  • Discreet pod

Cons:

  • No charging cable

Self-taught and curious by nature, I developed my journalistic skills in the field by joining the Vaping Post in 2017. As a former smoker who converted to vaping, I immediately felt the need to understand in detail all aspects of this smoking risk reduction method that has enabled me to successfully quit smoking where previous methods had failed.
review-wenax-m2-geekvapeWith its brushed metallic finish, the Wenax M2 inspires confidence. It’s extremely easy to use and requires no adjustments. Just fill the tank with e-liquid. Vapor is produced by simple inhalation. The Wenax M2 is a good pod for starting vaping or as a secondary device.
