US FDA’s regulation and excessive taxes eroded the willingness of a passionate

Consequences of deeming regulations combined to tax levies, very high in certain States, are dramatic for small businesses and retailers like Azure Vaping that is forced to close door in the coming weeks.

For about 6 years, vapers have been surfing on AzureVaping.com, an online shop with affordable e-liquids and a great choice of spare parts: wicks, chargers, drip-tips, clearomizers…

Founder, Robert Jack, believed he could manage the new regulations imposed by the FDA. Yet, the State where his company is located, Pennsylvania, decided to tax not only manufacturers at the astonishing rate of 40% but also their stocks. Azure Vaping would have been obliged to increase retail prices, leading customers to turn to another State or to the foreign market. The shop invites customers to pass their last orders, important rate discounts will apply to drain the stocks.

THIS IS ONE OF THE HARDEST MESSAGES I’VE EVER HAD TO WRITE, AND I’M GOING TO MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE MY CUSTOMERS. -Robert Jack

Robert Jack is saddened to announce the end of his adventure that allowed him, for 6 years, “to make new friends“.

It’s a shame, what are small business going to do. Here in the state of Illinois, especially in Chicago. Stores are closing because of unfair regulations. People are dying every day from cigarette consumption, but the FDA and other government bodies are targeting the e-cigarette industry.

The vaping device is a symbol of resistance. I tell my comrades to keep vaping; victory will prevail. People will acknowledge that vaping is a great alternative to rid themselves off cigarettes. The struggle continues!
